
Our 2011 data summary report contains data collected by our program since 2002. The document is composed of three main sections: creek data, bay data and implementation effectiveness program (IEP) data. The creek data section is divided into chapters for each waterbody. The IEP section contains analysis of the effectiveness of implementation projects throughout the watershed.

Accelerated sedimentation rates and filling in of Morro Bay is one of the major threats facing the estuary. The Estuary Program focuses restoration and monitoring efforts to address this challenge. This report summarizes the sediment monitoring activities taking place in Morro Bay and its watershed.

The mapping effort for eelgrass and submerged aquatic vegetation for fall 2010 is complete. The brief report contains a map as well as other data gathered to monitor aquatic vegetation.
