In celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Morro Bay National Estuary Program in 2015, we decided to visit with some locals whose lives are intertwined with the bay and the estuary. Come along and meet them!

In memory of Jack Moore, the founder of the Baywood Navy. Jack and Tim were great friends who enjoyed being out on the water together. They were able to sail four more times after this interview was filmed; the last time was just a few days before Jack passed on.
