Mike Baird, photographer and Mutt Mitts volunteer, gives interview

Mike Baird, a long-time volunteer, describes his work with the Mutt Mitts program. Currently there are over 30 dispensers throughout the watershed to provide free plastic bags to dog owners to pick up after their pets.
