USGS Marsh Zones, Morro Bay, Morro Bay National Estuary Program
USGS modeled the changes in habitat over time, depending on the amount of sea level rise that we experience. In the most extreeme scenario of 166 cm of sea level rise, the salt marsh shifts complete to mudflat and subtidal habitat by the end of this century.
